Groups

Define your distortion

Shape four parallel distortion stages with a massive selection of high-quality algorithms.

Choose from one of 34 Wavefolding, Clipping, Saturation, and other distortion algorithms

Choose again from the same selection of algorithms to reprocess the output of Unit X for deeper tone

Add further character with LP/HP and formant filters, as well as phasers and combs

Shape and balance the final tone with controls for DC Bias, Phase Shift, Mix and overall Gain

Morph between all parallel distortion stages, smoothly blending 8 distortion units and 4 filters.

Watch as each of the 9 primary distortion parameters are blended between each distortion group, creating a distortion landscape you can fully explore with just an XY control.

Mod

Go crazy

Further shape the tone of your distortion with 5 modulation types that can target almost any parameter (even the plugin's global colour)

Choose from one of 5 modulation algorithms, including LFO, Noise, ADSR, Audio and MIDI

Adjust the modulation parameters and see a live preview of the results

Global

Mix and refine

Enable stereo generation, width control, oversampling and global EQ to dial in the tone of your distortion

Engage Auto-Gain for balanced levels by default, or turn it off if you want to go wild

Control the plugin's global colour to match your production vibe, and use tooltips to learn more about each algoithm and feature

Use Global EQ with an innovative Pre/Post control to define balance along the entire signal chain
