End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and Sentinel AV ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of our VST plugins ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

  • Sentinel AV grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial audio production purposes.
  • This license is limited to a single user unless otherwise specified.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, distribute, or share the Software.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the Software.
  • Remove or alter any copyright or ownership notices.

3. Ownership

  • The Software is licensed, not sold.
  • Sentinel AV retains all ownership, rights, and intellectual property associated with the Software.

4. Updates and Support

  • Sentinel AV may provide updates or patches to the Software at its discretion.
  • Technical support may be provided via email or other channels specified on our website.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

  • The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
  • Sentinel AV does not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Sentinel AV is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

7. Termination

  • This Agreement is effective until terminated.
  • Your license will terminate immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
  • Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
